The Clay County Chamber of Commerce Nominating Committee is pleased to present the following names for consideration for election to the Board of Directors. After careful consideration, the Committee feels that these individuals are well qualified to represent the membership of the Chamber of Commerce on the Board of Directors.

• Debbie McKinney – Lineville 3 year term expiring on December 31, 2012
• Kathy Pinkston – County at Large 3 year term expiring on December 31, 2012
• Lisa Runyan – County at Large 3 year term expiring on December 31, 2012
• Jeanette Carroll – Ashland 2 year term expiring on December 31, 2011

Additional nominations may be made by petition to the Chamber Office no later than 10 days following the date of this mailing, November 20th, 2009. A petition candidate must have petition signatures from 10 Chamber members to be placed on the ballot, and must be a current member of the Chamber of Commerce. Chamber member making the nomination must be current on dues for the nomination to be valid. If no petition candidates are received by close of business November 30th, 2009, the above candidates shall stand as elected to the Board of Directors.

If petition candidate are received by the deadline, a ballot will be mailed to all members. Instructions for returning the ballot will be included with the ballot. The person receiving the most votes will then be elected to the Board of Directors.
